I think your blog looks great; the basic style doesn’t distract from what the posts are trying to say.  I like the picture you found for this post as well.  The post itself is short and sweet and lays out all the information clearly.  Navigation around the blog is also a breeze.  Your topics cover a wide variety and shows a great depth into life at Hershey.  I think you designed a great blog and would believe someone at Hershey actually maintained it.
